At CompassionateInsight.com, we provide mental health family education and substance use disorder education for adults. This is psychoeducation and occasionally psychotherapy designed to ease stress, anxiety, fear and confusion about navigating life when you have a loved one in the hospital or struggling with their mental health or substance use disorder.

We offer a range of services, designed to be accessible, safe, professional and friendly. Groups presentations and questions are managed with a skilled facilitator so that fairness and respect are the standard.

Julie is an independently licensed post MA level Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with supervisory licenses in both areas. She has worked in residential psychiatric care for adults, numerous levels of care for substance use disorder diagnoses, and has extensive experience working with both
