She has clinical experience in multiple levels of care including Hospitals, Residential Treatment Centers, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Community Mental Health Centers, and Private Practice, with adults, families and children. At this time she is taking only adult clients.

The difference between psychoed groups and therapy groups is that I present a topic and then ask people if they are interested in submitting questions to be answered in the class/presentation/group. I will ask people to respect other's privacy by not sharing other's personal situations outside of the session in an identifying way.
As a licensed therapist, I will ask you to sign an informed consent which basically says you acknowledge that the purpose of the group is education, that I am not a physician, and for these groups am not providing therapy. You may also experience emotional responses to the content which is normal.
I cannot provide individual recommendations on treatment of a family member (like what medicine to take) but I can help you communicate effectively with others in that process.
