At Compassionate Insight.com, we provide a limited number of individual psychotherapy appointments, some individual alternative sessions that are not psychotherapy based but spiritually based, and am open to consult on family mental health education and substance use disorder education for adults. These services are designed to bring you emotional and psychological relief, & release stress, anxiety, fear and confusion about navigating life (at all), or, when you have a loved one in the hospital or struggling with their mental health.

We offer a range of services, designed to be accessible, safe, professional and friendly. Group presentations and questions are managed with a skilled facilitator so that fairness and respect are the standard.
We accept a limited number of adult therapy clients, who are looking for support in a difficult world, as well as parents with adult children with mental health challenges.

Julie is an independently licensed post MA level Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with supervisory licenses in both areas. She has worked in leadership roles and individual contributor roles, in most levels of care, including residential psychiatric care for adults, and substance use disord
Julie is an independently licensed post MA level Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with supervisory licenses in both areas. She has worked in leadership roles and individual contributor roles, in most levels of care, including residential psychiatric care for adults, and substance use disorder diagnoses, and has extensive experience working with both at the same time. At this time she is offering services to adults only. She is also teaching in an adjunct faculty capacity at the graduate level in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
