Support and guidance for life, and managing what comes with the process of living at this time in history .
This group is designed to be interactive and can cover a range of questions such as: how to manage your personal health and feelings when mental health crises take their toll, what is a depressive disorder, how do I know if it is schizophrenia, how do I speak with a MD; what is the best way to be helpful to my family member? Is it my fault or my genes that caused this for my loved one?
Same principle as mental health groups but focused on families hoping for support and education around taking care of yourself and managing your life while providing appropriate support to your loved one.
These groups are for families when a loved one struggles with both MH and SUD issues. Again, the idea is education, emotional support meant to encourage you and support you through this experience.
